Across 25 years I have built data, operations, and design systems, much of it in higher education, the kind of work where a missed detail means a real person waits longer than they should. I learned to build systems that stay calm under pressure.

These days I build calm, dependable tools and systems that take the busywork off people’s plates, so their work runs without willpower and they get their time back for what matters. I stay hands-on the whole way, so the human judgment never leaves the loop.

I am also a certified crochet instructor and the creator of a pattern validation engine, a T1D mom and advocate, and bilingual in English and Spanish. The through-line across all of it is the same: I build systems that hold up when life is loud.
