Across 25 years I have built data, operations, and design systems, much of it in higher education, the kind of work where a missed detail means a real person waits longer than they should. I learned to build systems that stay calm under pressure.

These days I build AI-assisted workflows and business operating systems for people who want their work to run without willpower. Claude and Cowork handle my calendar, my shop, and the busywork so I can focus on the parts only a human can do.

I am also a certified crochet instructor and the creator of a pattern validation engine, a T1D mom and advocate, and bilingual in English and Spanish. The through-line across all of it is the same: I build systems that hold up when life is loud.
